Assembler
The Assembler performs repetitive work-station or line-assembly operations to mass-produce products until they are completed to acceptance.
Hydromat Operator (Screw Machine Operator)
The Screw Machine Operator will be cross-trained in a variety of screw machines to support the department operations and fulfillment of company production goals. The Screw Machine Operator will produce machined parts from a variety of metals to required specifications by operating applicable machining equipment.
Screw Machine Support
The Screw Machine Support will be cross-trained in all job functions that provide support to the Screw Machine Department. The Screw Machine Support role will support the Screw Machine department by ensuring the cleanliness of the overall department and providing adequate material to the appropriate machines.
Maintenance Mechanic
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing preventative and responsive maintenance on production machinery and will support the screw machine department. The Maintenance Mechanic will troubleshoot and make repairs to Hydromat, ACME, and Davenport Screw Machine equipment as well as CNC and manual production to support our facility.
Material Handler
The Material Handler is responsible for the accuracy of component inventory through the verification of materials delivered versus the packing list. The Material Handler will support the flow of materials for outside processing.
Quality Auditor
The Quality Auditor is responsible for conducting audits of manufacturing processes for compliance to work instructions, blueprints, safety regulations, and quality system procedures related to the assembly department. The position will be responsible for performing a wide variety of activities pertaining to assuring compliance with PPC requirements primarily through conducting quality system and manufacturing audits.
