Customer Service Inbound Sales Agents in East Syracuse, NY

Job Description

  • Effectively sell Charter products and services to new and existing customers
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Act as a product consultant when promoting, recommending, and selling the value of Spectrum SCS products and services
  • Assess needs based on unique customer types and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, professionalism, and courtesy
  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer’s purchasing experience
  • Responsible for creating and developing long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Responsible for taking retention calls and retaining customers and their services
  • Take overflow billing calls and respond and resolve customers billing questions and concerns
  • Consistently provide excellent customer service and meets required customer service performance metrics

  • Starting pay $18.00/hour with a$0.75 cent shift differential for shifts 11:00 am or later!
